Customers are requested to personally carry all valuable items such as jewellery,
important documents, cash, and other personal belongings.
For intercity or long-distance relocations, packing of major household items is mandatory.
Please switch off and defrost the refrigerator at least 12 hours before loading.
DSL Global Packers will not be liable for gas leakage or cooling-related issues.
Packing materials used for local shifting are returnable and must be handed back
within 5 days after unloading.
If customers wish to retain the materials, the following charges will apply:
Box – ₹75 | Cloth Sheet – ₹550
Payment Terms
Booking Advance – ₹1,000
80% of the total amount – payable at the time of loading
Remaining 20% – payable at the time of delivery
Any variation in distance, number of floors, or item quantity may result in additional charges.
Any issues related to local union or building permissions will be the responsibility of the customer.
Travel along with the vehicle is subject to the driver’s consent and operational feasibility.
If an official bill is required for reimbursement purposes, applicable taxes will be charged extra.
Dismantling and reinstallation of all electronic items (except AC) must be arranged by the customer.
AC dismantling charges start from ₹650.
In case of any accident during transit, insurance claim procedures must be handled by the customer.
DSL Global Packers will not be responsible for damage to fragile or sensitive items such as
marble pieces, fish tanks, glassware, flower pots, and electrical appliances.
For residences located on the first floor and above, rope lifting or special handling may be required.
Additional labor charges may apply, and in certain critical situations, such services may not be feasible.
